Shipping & Returns

pricing:
All prices are in US funds unless otherwise noted.  Once you log in and enter your shipping details, your currency will automatically be calculated.

domestic shipments:
Depending on location, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.  Orders will be shipped via Canpar within Canada unless other arrangements are made.  Orders will be shipped via UPS within the United States.

international shipments:
As international shipping costs may vary, all international customers will be contacted by our customer service department prior to shipping to confirm shipping cost.  International shipments may also be subject to import taxes and duty which are the responsibility of the purchaser/recipient of the product.

returns:
If any items purchased from Vyn fail to meet your expectations, please contact our customer service department to make arrangements to return the items for a full refund.  Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.  Returns requested after 7 days, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Please send requests to customerservice@vynflowers.com.  Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Vyn Flowers Inc.
